and btw, RT is correct, his state should be standing up for him. Unless they want to send the message to the Fed's they can't take care of their own.

What happened to RT's editorial support for legalizing marijuana? Was the objectivity squashed? Did Ivanov get to you?

Extremely HARMFUL DRUGS, administered via teachers and no doctor!

Dru gs to children in school since 1970s and earlier, poisons into American humans and experimentation as though nothing but protoplasm to destroy/cut on.

P HARM Aceuticals make a lot of really criminally insane humans think that they're 'rich'.

Ric h isn't earth!

POOR in spirits, Sermon on the Mount thrown to the demons, that have allowed the beloved real truth to be snuffed as though a forgotten memory of how God intends 'heaven in earth'.

@Stubs: They, and most if not all medical grows busted by the feds in last 10 years, are MASSIVE grow operations. This one had somewhere around 2000 plants! Hey, I'm very much pro-marijuana. It's disgraceful how the Feds and many states are dragging their feet on the issue. But knowing they are, and choosing to get greedy by going "balls-out" ;, in clear violation of the spirit of the law (at least according to the Feds), they were asking for trouble. I guarantee their motivation was not compassion for their "patients" .

Sounds like the Feds alright lure you into a false sense of security and then whammo.

Tessa 04.03.2014 15:16

So we will spend thousands and thousands of dollars to incarcerate a man that was following state law, it is not like this guy was squatting here illegally and growing on public park space. As soon as the elite get set up to grow, it will be legalized. Marijuana helps people with seizures, pain, cancer and other ailments. Hemp has hundreds of uses and is better for the environment than tree's. Enough of the prohibition, people know that it is not the dangerous drug they want you to believe it is. Who wants it stopped, Big Pharma, Tobacco Lobbyist, and the Alcohol industry.

Look up man and other animals. Adask.
The law applies to animals.

You guys need to learn to edit your stuff wayyyyy better, 5 obvious grammar mistakes in the same article doesn't exactly paint you as mainstream,

William King 04.03.2014 05:58

They need to hurry and make this Federal already … this is getting ridiculous. .. I bet by the time he gets out federal penalty will be lifted. Free to grow and sell nationwide .. crazy.

No it was never really about intoxicating flowers that go up in smoke it is always about human rights that do in command and control societies. Over what does one group of citizens and their servants decide to deprive another their liberty over?

So... The feds are saying this was purely for profit on a commercial scale and had nothing to do with medicinal marijuana or what? I read the article twice and still have no idea why these guys were raided and prosecuted. A little insight into the feds standpoint would had been helpful. Maybe I missed it, I'm not the brightest bulb.

"The US doesn't encourage dual citizen ship and give away passports and then come in with force to protect their citizens."
Little you know, almost half of our government holds US and israeli citizenship, why do you think we do what ever israel wants? For the tribe only having 2% of the population they seem to be everywhere holding a power position in government.
