Beth sanders, you should read some of the founding fathers' works. Just because our fascist dictatorship tells you otherwise through the controlled media, doesn't make your mass beliefs true.
If you get technical Uruguay & Portugal trumped UN law
To Beth sanders, I think a little constitutional homework is in your future. State law trumps federal law for all state laws. It's a grey zone but most constitutional scholars would side with George. Keep telling the truth George!
To houghby 111 you have to be the only one in the country that thinks federal law doesn't trump state law federal trumps everything under it that statement trumps anything I've read in a week congrads!!
Misconception - Federal Law does NOT trump state law.
that's a victory for Colorado , hemp is known for medicinal remedies .this will eliminate gang crimes and misuse of the herb ,
Cake: We get it, you do NOT like Obama. When you make up all those interesting variations, you do not look smart at all. You just look silly, and say nothing at all. You make all conservatives look bad.
G, another lie from Obummo and Gun running Holder saying repeatedly that federal police agencies would respect state law, a promise that has been continuously broken since 2009. I bet Holder is like Harry Sinclair and takes it from Ofaggo!
Yea because the former managing director of a Bank that helped cause the financial meltdown of the economy in 2008 is a GOOD SOURCE to ask about this subject... tho there was nothing that he said that could be objectionable to, he still isn't the best person to be asking ANYTHING about. lol
First off, just because it's legal doesn't mean everyone will be able to grow, have space, know how, want to etc.. Some people will never buy or grow, alcohol is cheaper to make, but most people I know but a case a week at least, and have their favorite brands,, quit generalizing. Lol
You don't need drugs to make you feel good or relaxed [...] please don't act like marijuana is harmless, it isn't. It makes you dumb, smoke too much of it and you become what is know as a 'burnout'.
Some people DO need what you call "drugs" to feel good and/or relax. Some people are in pain from work accidents, or high-school sports injuries, or whatever else they're in pain from - and would rather smoke a natrual herb to feel better instead of becoming an alcoholic or getting hooked on pain pills. And it does not make you dumb - do some research.
You don't need drugs to make you feel good or relaxed.
I get more of a natural high finishing a painting I poured myself into or finishing a long tough martial art session.
Everyone has some kind of addiction...
Bu t please don't act like marijuana is harmless, it isn't. It makes you dumb, smoke too much of it and you become what is know as a 'burnout'.
I happen to agree with a few of your points, but why do you feel the need to crusade? The world could surely benefit from fewer preachers, particularly in Washington, DC.
And I've got news for all you cheerleaders of 'legalizing' cannibus, the cost is going to go through the roof!
Th e cost will not go "through the roof", at least not compared with the secondary costs of prohibition - enforcement, incarceration, legal fees. I happen to live in a state that has decriminalized small amounts of cannabis. The third time you get caught with a gram, you spend 15 days in jail. Tax payer funds the police, courts, prisons.
Co lorado allows individuals to grow up to six plants. Something tells me that's going to temper market prices.
This on the heels of the biggest fedral raid on Colorado's medical despenceries since making them legal?
And I've got news for all you cheerleaders of 'legalizing' cannibus, the cost is going to go through the roof! See if I'm wrong. I want it decriminilized, not legalized, there is a huge difference between the two and you are all being hood winked.
