what a pathetic excuse for a man I would expect to have an armed man at the door when knocked on after 10pm they should have announced themselves properly hate to say it like this but those cops are pussys

pathetic, police being careless if we were to do this as citizens we would be in prison, the police deserve not better, if they actually had to be responsible for what they do then they would be more careful.

Cops are trained to use deadly force at even the hint of danger to their own cowardly arses. They knew, of course, that knocking on someone's door unannounced in the middle of night is a good way to convince the resident to come to the door armed. They just didn't care. They knew If an innocent resident came to the door armed, they could kill him and get away with it.

This is the type of jack booted thugggery cops do in 'bad' neighborhoods because it is safer [for them].

And not a single one of the killers will face any sort of justice.

Land of the free....

The story reads the homeowner never opened the door before being shot, officers are fools if true. The story reads the officers were looking through the window in order to observe the homeowner holding a firearm, foolish action if true. The story reads the officers said the homeowner would not be shot if he had not been holding a gun, fools the officers are to expect a homeowner to NOT protect his interior property, family, and home from unknown intruders at 1:30AM.

these cops should be brought up on murder charges or quietly killed by family members of the victim.

Anonymous user 03.04.2013 12:36

Since when do police open fire without even a warning? This is absolutely crazy on so many levels.

Kelly Lebowsky 06.03.2013 08:43

i thought the guns where being taken away to keep the people safe seems to me the ones supposed to be protecting us are the killers

That gun carried for his protection sure did the job this time. Nice one 'Merica.

Jared Armstrong 05.03.2013 19:57

If the dumb cnut didn't open the door with a gun in his hands he'd still be alive.

'Mur ica.

We have the right to bare arms and protect ourselves in our own homes.

Anonymous user 05.03.2013 19:46

They should have to announce themselves to prevent this kind of tragedy from accuring.

Anonymous user 05.03.2013 19:40

This is one of those situations where you don't answer the door.

Anonymous user 05.03.2013 19:35

I totally knew some dirtbag was going to spin this for gun regulation...

Anonymous user 04.03.2013 23:17
