Well all I have to say, this is what you get when you allow Corporations to be The Governance! Control, Control all for the Power Elite, nothing for the Citizen! After all in their Control, Control handbook Citizen should be seen and not heard! After all, your a peon and peons in the global structure don't have rights! Just try to establish rights in a corporate setting! Corporation are ran just like Militarily, and structured the same! No, I look at corporation just like Global Banksters, Crooks ready to steal your money, ideas, and lively hood! I even had a GM tell me, to bad we cannot control them when their OFF!

I wonder what Apple's stand would have been on this 15 years ago. Apple was always like any other capitalist entity, in business of make a buck and Steve Jobs never cared for his own employees or workers in general, but there was always a sense that there was something alternative even rebellious about it. These days, those subtle differences are gone, Apple is the same if not worst than Microsoft, pro big business, right wing on all fronts. American techno geeks have always had a problem understanding this. I've been on Mac since the Macintosh II, but the magic has been gone for a long time.
