[quote]U m, your analysis of weed being "safe" is weak. More people drink and smoke cigarettes than smoke the dragon, so of course there would be more deaths drinking and smoking than smoking weed just because of numbers![quote]
actually the effective dose to lethal dose ratio shows that cocaine is less dangerous than alcohol but more addicting, where as it is more dangerous than nicotine yet less addictive.

I Feel that the people that have thoughts against the legalization of this miracle plant would be stupid not to know that a lot of the money this new industry is making will help their children with educational purposes the state said it's self a good chunk of thee money will be handed down to our schools and education so if marijuana offends you think of what this plant does for the children

Maybe you should save your money instead of buying weed to buy punctuation for your run-on sentences!

Are you both insane? Cocaine and meth will NEVER be legal. If you have done your research about Marijuana like I have, you will know that Marijuana causes less than deaths than alcohol and tobacco products combined. Cocaine and meth are even worse than alcohol and tobacco. Why would you even put that in the same category? Do your research.

all drugs will most likely be legal in the future, but it'll be a long time until you can buy cocaine in a store

This is perfect, states no longer have to obey federal laws. So my question what's next? Will meth or cocaine become legal in some states because obviously the federal government is so weak that they can't even enforce their own laws. I think the federal government knows that there is a revolt on the horizon and they know they will not be able to stop it so if states don't have to obey federal laws than why do we need the federal government

This is a revelation!

Can you believe the "good" that will be done with this money?

Hope fully the remaining states will come to there senses and follow.

We've got to STOP locking good people up for a GOD given plant...PERIOD!

Congratulations Colorado!

P ottles

Pot + Bottles = Pottles! ....spread the word.

I think the Colorado Gov is in a pipe dream!
They want to tax it 10 or 15 % higher than alcohol plus an additional 3% for the city it is being sold in. when it is legal in Colorado for them to grow it them selves.
This idea of Gov's getting rich is wrong!
There should be only two reasons to legalize it,
Freedom of choice on a harmless substance.
To get rid of the gang element.
If pot is legal, kids and adults will have a tendency to use it instead of ILLEGAL more harmful drugs, this will also reduce gang related violence. It is the violence that is far more dangerous than the drug could ever be.
look at Uruguay.
