During his visit to Moscow, NATO’s Secretary General will talk about Russia’s cooperation with the alliance in Afghanistan. Russian influence has never really left the country: especially its Air Force.

That's interesting, they always come when they want something, but of course they will never give anything in return to Russia. Russia just wants the poppy fields destroyed, yet America and Britain are protecting them. Both nations refused to spray them despite local and foreign protests. Since the occupation of Afghanistan heroin has increased. It should be stipulated they fight the illegal trade of heroin and attack the poppy fields. The West had interest in these things since the East India Company.
