Stephen Cohen is one of the most objective scholars in the United States. He goes right to the heart of the problem, wherever it may lie. The deterioration of the Russo-American relations flowed out of the hubris of the neocon in the Bush administration and other than complete reversal of the policies of the last two decades will restore confidence between the two countries. Stephen Cohen is right on the dot.

Professor Cohen is a great scholar. I wish more people would have the good sense that he has regarding Russian- American relations.
