The word racist means, being prejudice against someone based on their race. Since Joe Biden is Caucasian, "white", like most of Serbia he could not be racist towards Serbs. He may not like the country or government, but he could not dislike Serbs based on their race since he is the same race as most Serbs. People need to learn the difference between race and nationality.

RT is an objective, free media. They are interviewing people who represent Serbia, and it the responsibility of Serbian people to choose a government that they want to represent them. It is not RT or Russia's fault that Serbian people have overthrown their own President (Milosevic) and now they are sitting idle as the country is being torn apart. You have to think rationally about this, Russia is not going to ruin its international reputation to rescue Serbia when even Serbs haven't decided if they want to be rescued. How do you help someone that doesn't want to be helped? Aleksandr Dugin himself said that Russia is not going to act like United States, breaching countries' sovereignty. Serbia has to invite Russia and it is up to Serbian people, who elect politicians, to invite Russia. To blame RT and Russia is really outright selfish. I am Serbian and I don't blame Russia for what it does. Serbs hold future in their own hands. It is not up to Russia or RT to intervene on behalf of those who have not been elected democratically. Russia is doing a good job by supporting Serbs in whichever future Serbs choose, and that is a better sign of good relations than acting without consent of Serbian government.

RT is not surprise to follow Russian official politic toward Serbia. Russia always abandoned Serbs thru history. Serbs where 500 years under Ottoman Turkish Empire who killed Serbs and take all male kids for centuries, Russia was doing business with Turks. Hitler was killing 100 Serbian kids (50000 in just one day) for one killed soldier in Serbia, Russia was at the time doing business with him (contract of not attacking each-other). 1000 NATO war planes bombed Serbia each day, yet Russia was doing business with them…Today’s Serbia is occupied with puppet “government” that destroyed Serbian army, populated Hag with Serb patriots and on its way to finally destroy Serbia for good… Russia is ok with that, doing business as usually…Shame that we Serbs are seen as “little Russians” by west, this is going to cost us our existence. Shame on “great” Russia for betraying its small Slavic orthodox brothers and use them as a bite for every horde that marched toward Russia. It is paradox that small Serbia defended big Russia thru history…what will Russians does once Serbs are gone? There will be no one to hide behind when next army advance toward you!
