Who stole the billions of dollars? Where was the congress that was suppose to be representing American citizens? All the thieves need to have the stolen wealth returned to the United Treasury and those implicated should receive long prison terms. This will not happen because the guilty are too powerful and probably have donated money to their favorite political leader to buy influence and control. This will not be brought to light either. Corruption knows no bounds.
