This Blackwater thing is so easy to understand. Of common course there are special contracts for special contractors from US Department of State and other US government agencies. Most of these contracts are secret -- until something goes wrong and ends up in the public media. Backwater guys are just your common mercinary killers -- dredged up from prior military ranks. What was their pay $60,000 per year "labor" pay and not "management" pay? Blackwater is 100% responsible for their bad acts. Yet anytime you send out under discount contract price a bunch of PTSD post tramatic stress Vietnam vets who cannot find any job anywhere else-- what does one expect? Immuculate Conception? Peace.

Globe is running out of cash. All way to get are drained either by US wars of outcomes of those wars: refuges. Sweden is on the knees brought by few on the top who would take American bribes and ship here thousands of Somalis, Iraqis, Afghans without any thoughts how tribal people will adjust into Swedish way of life. In most of cases they have continued to live as they were used in own countries. Blackwater has no anything anymore to look here nor in surrounding countries. They must find new places for financial exhaustion. The region around the Caspian Sea was in a way protected out of US scare what Russia will do. Putin brought politics in balance and in general Russians stay at home or go to places from which they ask help. There is huge space now for Blackwater expansion and getting cash.
