The man accused of blowing the whistle on the war in Afghanistan is 22 years old PFC Bradley Manning. He was arrested in Iraq May 29, held in solitary confinement and then transferred to Quantico, Virginia.
the U.S. had lost any of the credibility it may have had long, long before Bradley 'did the right thing'. . . the 'Coalition of those reluctantly willing' to sacrifice their all for what's solely/mainly American self interest, can now look on ,and sympathize ,as citizens of the U.S.are bearing the painful costs of being led down the unhappy road of impoverishment, as an 'Israeli Satellite'. . . .It's because of people like Bradley who are ready to put National Interest before those of his own, does any hope for the U.S.exist at all. Sadly, there's so little reality left to Americans, that a true hero and good American, will quite possibly languish in 'solitary' , for for a 'multiple life' prison term? . . . . America cannot continue to be wagged by a toxic tail, DOCK IT! and give it back to the Bradleys , of that nation..

A new video based on classified material allegedly revealed by Pfc Bradley Manning, now imprisoned at Quantico, has been released by the Troy-based United National Peace Conference Media Project and featured by WikiLeaks on their www.CollateralMurder.org website: "WikiLeaks' Collateral Murder: U.S. Soldier Ethan McCord's Eyewitness Story" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kelmEZe8whI The video will also be available beginning Friday, August 13 at www.BradleyManning.org as part of the Bradley Manning Support Network website. McCord's story was delivered to attendees of the United National Peace Conference, which took place in Albany NY the weekend of July 23-25, 2010. The conference, which was streamed live on the Internet, is documented atwww.MediaSanctuary.tv in a series of videos featuring Noam Chomsky, Mumia Abu-Jamal, Medea Benjamin, Ray LaForest, Glen Ford, Kathy Manley, and dozens of other local and national speakers. America needs more people like Bradley Manning, a real patriot.
When you see what it is actually taking place in A and I you can see that there is no real freedom. Persecution is the methods of corrupt governments.
The host of the segment with John Young falsely claimed that Mr. Young was a "co-founder" of the Wikileaks website. Mr. Young here says he was only involved a few weeks http://news.cnet.com/8301-31921_3-20011106-281.html and elsewhere I read he was invited to be on its board of advisers. IF the government had such open and shut case, Manning would have been tried and convicted long ago. This is a psychological war fare to intimidate the people to believe that the civil rights established by Magna Carta some 800 years ago and have been the foundation of law AND the US constitution are no longer relevant.
This is an artclie that makes you think "never thought of that!"

I'm disappointed in the coverage by RT. I was there, and there was so much more you could have reported on. You mention the anti-protesters first, when it was maybe 5 people standing 75 feet away holding a few signs. They were silent and disappeared before it ended. We had about 150 people in support of Manning, with many notable speakers including Ray McGovern.
