Im disgusted with the whole scenario...Obama is snacking on cavier while american working class have lost their job's their saving's and now their homes. utterly repulsive!! and when we demand to audit the federal reserve, they laugh in our face. Putin's contempt for Obama was obvious, almost as obvious as ours!

I've been following the progress in Russia since it did away with Communism and you Russians are doing yourselves proud. It's as if we were on elevators. We're heading down while you are heading up. With our "progress" we have to look up see the bottom of yours. Would you trade Putin for Obama? I knew you would say that.

Karen correct me if am wrong but did the economic crisis not start under the Bush administration? you seem to blame Obama for it. As for the caviar breakfast he is having, well I believe its paid buy the Russian tax payer, however Caviar is not really a luxury food in Russia. Everyone eats it over there.

Sam, The crisis started when senior officials in the Clinton administration decided they wanted to orchestrate a housing bubble by securitizing home loans and selling them as bundled securities to unsuspecting pension funds, foreign banks The crisis also started when Glass Stegall was repealed under the Clinton administration, allowing the investment banks to make billions by dumping toxic derivatives on commercial banks. Obama's advisors Larry Summers and Robert Rubin had a lot do with the crisis and to do with the immiseration of the Russian population in the 1990s.

If I had to choose between the two leaders, I would go with Putin. He's very smart, perceptive and knows how to get things done. He cuts through the rhetoric, assesses the situation and takes an objective course of action. That's the kind of leader I'd like to have in my country.
