"The president cannot be lawless"! Yeah, we all agree on that. But President can be mindless, as was the case of George W. Bush. There is an indisputable and quite a general agreement on that even among those American citizens who once were his voters. Torturing people all around the Globe was a kind of joyful activity of his and that was what he spent all the trillions on, so America is now in a depth never to fully recover from. I sense if America were to be nuked all around the damage would have been far less than what they have behind G. W. B. All those who hate America should unite to fight for G. W. Bush to be reelected again, because US definitely won't be able to survive another his mandate.

He has a right to be nervous because his predecessor went on a crime spree the likes of which are unprecedented in US history. That isn't to say all US presidents before Bush were all honest Johns, but it is now well known that Bush and Cheney lied to the entire world and at home they did worse and broke most of the rules of our constitution and put themselves above the law. Obama inherits a whole bag of dirty laundry and he has to tread on broken glass in his new bare feet to be careful he doesn't step on any of millions of the shards of glass left behind. The right wing in the US would love nothing more than to crucify him for the crimes of Bush and Cheney and the left would crucify him if he follows suit.

Vladimir/Amell, US law says two terms and your out , never to ru for president again. Bill Clinton wanted to change it. Notice it didn't get changed. Obama has left in place " CIA to do renditions to countries who have a track record of torture"!!!! . Obama told US press he would make sure a 'monitoring " mechanism of what theise counties and CIA did not tortue.. IF YOU STEP IN IT AND IT SMELLS LIKE POOP IT IS!!! , ENOUGH SAID ABOUT OBAMAS'S RENDITIONS TO TORTURE COUNTIES SINCE IT IS AGINST US LAW TO DO IT IN US!!. THE CRIME OF BRUTAL TORUTE IS, "SHALL WE SAY, FARMED OUT, OR OUT SOURCED" TO THE LIKES OF BACKWATER OR ITS AFFILIATES WHO ARE BEING TRAINED IN THE "PHILIPPINES", UNLAWFULLY. ITS AGINST THEIR CONSTITUTION TOO! OBAMA IS DOING SAME AS GEORGE W.BUSH TREASON!

If crimes have been committed give them their day in court. Laws apply to everyone all the way from speeding to torture. So don't judge them here. Give them a fair trial. After a verdict, judge them all you want if found guilty.

Obama's responsibily is not to judge persons but actions that produced policies, lies and led to crimes. the issue that will always blunder the vision of any person into the reality of the present and the future of any american president and policy is the mother of all isssues. the truth of 9/11 criminal attacks is the basic issue that thru its reality we can understand justly and clearly the reason of all lies and crimes. this issue is not yet settled in a just, scientific and legal procedure. no individual, public or massive crime of any magnitude should be left unresolved according to the procedures of investigation, otherwise the consequences would hang on in different forms on every US policy, say and action. the US under Bush-cheney administration did not conduct a proper crime investigation into the 9/11 crime; it accused without any evidence acceptable in the court of law, no credible, worthy and recognized investigation was carried out. the burden of this unresolved issue is what cripples the present US status of this president and the future there of. in the absence of such resolve the president will always be regarded as a perfect successor to a perfect failure or whatever bush-cheney are labeled with he will be justly labeled with.
