A thorough investigation into alleged torture techniques used by the CIA under the Bush Administration is needed, says Christopher Anders from the American Civil Liberties Union.

The U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee stated earlier it is ready to open investigations into the issue.

As there has been no official inquiry into the role of the CIA, it’s essential any evidence of criminal wrongdoing be brought out into the open, Anders believes.
