How did the "preferred group" avoid being dropped from the list and end up at the top of the new list?  Did they take the test at a later date? Were they on the first list but repeated the exam in order to get placed on the new list? Please give us more details.

Just have a look over in Britian where the companies wont hire black people from the country prefering immigrants from Asian countries that will work for less and work 2/3 extra hours each day for nothing while renting out houses to them at 70% of their wages.

This whole reverse discrimination thing has been going on for the past 40 years, at least in places with a large black population like Chicago.  It's very unusual for Whites to ever get treated fairly in these instances, even if they have the evidence and documentation.

There were 12 vacancy that were not filled which should have been filled by these firefighters. A new test was given with the same results, 47 of the top 50 white and 10 of the 12 that won the lawsuit were promoted of this list.

@NWO:  It's a little bit more than just skin color.  It's how you act, how you talk, how you were raised, also.  There are some white people in the ghetto, maybe a white girlfriend of a gang member, who act just like blacks, even though they look white.  There are also some blacks who live in 'white neighborhoods' and act white, too.  Although, those are usually recent 'imports' directly from Africa.  It is just as much a cultural issue as it is a 'skin color' issue, and from listening to you, you'd think that if a 'white boy's' skin turned 'black' all of a sudden, that that would matter somehow.  There are issues of 'attitude' and facial structure, and so many other things, that make this so much more than just a 'skin color' issue.  Please....

Blacks usually like to burn down their own communities and start Civil Wars with their immediate neighbors.  It's questionable if they are smart or organized enough to engage in the higher reasoning processes necessary to create international conflict.  But, the Somali Pirates are a good start for understanding 'black' culture from the looters and thieves perspective.

The Japanese did a pretty good job butchering the Chinese and Koreans during WWII, and the Native American Indians used to cause problems for the 'white men' all throughout the 1800's.

BitterTruth Who is white in the United States? the U.S. Colour of one’s skin is the basis of citizenship in the United States. Anybody with light skin is white in the United State. Skin colour defines who one is and is not in the United States. Do you get that? Segregation by law has been and still is by other means about skin skin colour. I do not live in the United States; I do not wish to live in the United States not now or ever because I do not like how the society operates according the racailist way of thinking and I do not like the U.S’ aggressive militarism.
