That's how she describes a US invasion of Iran.I hope with a bit of luck, Iran doesn't slide into a US miltary colonial dictatorship, like Iraq and Afghanistan became with their colonial puppet leaders.

Adults are referred to as "childish" when they behave in a childlike manner. Clinton is a "childish" woman whose talents and skills are far below the requirements of her position - just like her boss Barack Hussein Obama. I still recall the look on her face when she presented Sergey Lavrov with gift box of a "reset" box erroneously labeled in Russian as "overcharge". Clinton just kept on grinning and didn't have the slightest idea what Lavrov was talking about when he pointed out the error to her. Sort of like Obama presenting a box of American movie dvds to the visiting Brits at the White House, without realizing that these dvds won't play on the European format. Watching Obama administration deal with Iran reminds me of the circus Americans put on when they dealt with North Vietnam: lots of hype, posturing, threats, propaganda, death and destruction - and absolutely no sense of reality. The Americans thought they could make North Vietnam do their bidding because after all, America was the self-anointed "greatest country on earth". The North Vietnamese ignored the American circus. For ten long years the Americans beat their war drums and then, simply one day, realized that their attempts to defeat North Vietnam were futile, and bugged out as fast as they could. The same "circus" scenario is being played out with Iran today. Obama will huff and he will buff; he will threaten and he will beg; but, Iran will become a nuclear power whether America likes it or not. Clinton has been reduced to mocking Iran - as if she was still in her childhood sandbox.

It looks like Mrs. Clinton is looking for love in all the wrong places. If you can't love those in your own home, then how can you help others? From the looks of things at home we may be sliding into a military dictatorship ourselves, for those who are watching.

Hillary Clinton says "Iran is sliding into a military dictatorship". Iran says "the united states is sliding into the biggest economic collapse in modern history". Who's in a stronger position here? You decide.......

kihnu, just a correction regarding obama and the dvds: actually, most if not all dvd players support multi region playback, unlike the dvd's predecessor, the vhs. So NTSC discs or PAL discs are playable in almost any machine. So the NTSC discs from America would play in almost any European dvd player. But you're totally right about Clinton, I mean her posting as secretary of state has been a bit of a "crash course in diplomacy". She clearly has no experience or knowledge of what is required of her job, and compared to her Russian counterpart, a diplomat for over 30 years, fluent in Sinhalese, from his time as a diplomat in Sri Lanka in the 70s, and a former ambassador to the UN for the Russian federation, it just makes you laugh at the political expertise the Russians have in their "team" compared to the US!!!

Clinton has been bought and paid for by the Israel Lobby. She doesn't even try to pretend otherwise. All of her anti-Iran stance is as a direct result of her obligation to 'repay' the funds given to her during her election campaingn. Fortunatly she does not control the US war machine, otherwise she may have felt compelled to make a full repayment with interest through launching a missguided attack on Iranian infrastructure. When will the US realise that they cannot support Israeli dominance of the region at the expense of all of the other contries in the region?

jsmith: "So NTSC discs or PAL discs are playable in almost any machine." Thanks! I didn't know that. I was told that the dvd players sold in the US don't play both formats, nor do the ones in Europe. The entertainment technology is progressing so fast it's almost impossible to keep up. Do you know any dvd players sold in the US that play both formats?
