Mentioning of Fox News receiving ratings increase is really sad as they are no better than CNN. CNN probably finished themselves off when they lost Lou Dobbs the last of the original team and the only one to speak anything a group of Americans wants to hear. Illegal immigration and open borders was a problem 96% of Americans wanted dealt with and that was a topic Lou Dobbs faced and even received a bullet shot through his home. Fox is just plane madness and claiming terrorist ties to any criminal. Labeling local politicians as terrorists. California wild fires that happen every year even were placed on Fox as a possible Terrorist Attack! It is all archived in their news. They even shouted off that girl who was in Ossetia that thank Russia soldiers and went to commercial so if you want to use Ossetia there you go. I believe they also say Russia attacks Georgia in their headlines. News stations are a form of government's attempt to persuade viewers of what they want you to believe. America's news wants people to be in fear so they allow the government to take care of them. The fact that CNN ratings plummeted is a good thing, but Fox rising... very sad... Independent news is what people should search. English speakers coming to Russia Today gives another angle of news which is valuable in a polarized news environment.
