Thailand’s court will not include materials sent by the Colombian Foreign Minister in the case against Viktor Bout. The diplomat gave his view on why the suspected gunrunner should be in jail.
Update - looks like the Thai courts are doing Law, nice one, leave the Political prosecutions the the west, they are the experts! What does the west honestly expect writing political notes to be adduced in court! It really shows how low they have stooped to even consider it. I would bring the counsel seeking to introduce them into court, before their legal body and admonish them thorougly! This behaviour might be ok in the Hague, but it's not ok in a functioning court of law.
It is hard to believe that anybody will fall for the "evidence" that springs misteriously from "found" laptops, and other conveniently "discovered" stashes of files. And Columbia, of all places! The problem is, he is a marked man. He knows too much. There is a name for such evidence. Yellowcakes!
Good day, RT News: I really appreciate your efforts to bring news with a real impartiality principle, but I must make notice that in this article you talk about FARC as a paramilitary organization and that is not true. According to my vision and my experience, there are in Colombia three main forces in struggle: official forces -police and army-, paramilitaries, and guerrilla forces. The first two go after the interest of the formal institutions, so the pararamilitary means a person or group that works in collusion with an official force and has the same objectives. FARC instead, tries to lead a change contrary to the wishes of the two fist forces, so it would be more appropriate to call them freedom fighters, revolutionaries, terrorist –if you like to be more politically correct- but not paramilitaries. They are from the opposite region of the political spectrum. Thanks for your work and your pursuit of truth! Hellbringer

Political interference in trials - yes the western way! Western media reports as evidence - yes the western way! The EU and US will be proud of you Thailand, if you do politics in court! Or did I forget about the great western hypocracy, you know with the terrorist divining rods.
