The US and Colombia have signed an agreement “that is basically converting Colombia into one giant US military base in South America,” attorney and writer Eva Golinger told RT.

I think this is another crazy thing, I'also see a possible conflicts in the region because of this non sense decision by the Colombia government and the ambitious of the USA it seems they really dont want peace or dialogue, I hope this doesn't goes beyond there control.
