US whistleblower website Cryptome is up and running again, after a complaint by Microsoft saw it taken offline. Microsoft alleged it had posted a document classified for law enforcement agency use only.
Central committee of the Ruling Party in the USA has passed Police State Act for another year.
And the US of A calls it govt. of the people, for the people, by the people.

I have great respect for what John Young has been doing at cryptome.org, not primarily for what he has aired of mine but because he is willing to post most material he receives which deals with covert government, even material I, and I believe, Young, disagrees with - perhaps, even material of mine. He rightly considers what is a doing a civic responsibility, and all should appreciate what he is doing, as all of us benefit from it. He is one of a kind, willing to go to considerable expense, and getting a great deal of problems in doing so. And when apparently cornered by his critics, he fights back with renewed vigor. May he long continue to do so!
