First, Marijuana is a weed, not "dope." Too many in America smoke the stuff and this is a problem with anything, even heavy doses of refined sugar is worse for the human body than organic weed grown out of doors for those who smoke it (the "Founding Fathers" grew it and smoked it too - letters were written between the "Framers of the Constitution" about "their crops" and "looking forward to that first smoke"). However, making a week illegal is akimbo to profits in the pockets of more sophisticated criminals. When humans decide for other humans that a weed grown naturally out of doors is a crime, then we have human beings who think somehow they are more able to choose for another. Creating poisonous chemicals from naturally grown organics is the high crime against humanity. Reopen the secrets to healing and the Mengeles' style of "modern medicine" can be exposed for what it is: truly DOPE. Cocaine poured into the skies via "chemtrails" is DOPE. Spain has proven this to be happening in the skies, there, but what do we read about? A weed called Marijuana scaring humans for potentially being DOPE. The only DOPES are the human beings who cannot see the forest for the trees. Look up and then breathe deeply because DOPE is everywhere and those who know it laugh at all the DOPES who do not.

First of all marijuana is harmless. No one has died from smoking weed. It should be legal because it would bring billions of dollars to the U.S., also because it's better for than liquor and cigarettes. People are crying about a recession, well hello this is the answer duh!

I think that the gov should be discussing way more important topics than pot anyway.this should not even be a discussion at all. There is nothing wrong with pot, u don't hear about some idiot running his car into innocent person walking down the street at night because he just smoked a joint.90% of the time they're drunk from a legal substance they can pick up at any liquor store around the corner. And yes i know it's legal to drink not to drink and drive, but that stops very few people.Kinda the same way weed being illegal stops people from smoking it.To actually have our gov sitting in a room talking about this when so many other pressing issues are at hand is insane.Legalize it and move on so you the gov can get some extra coin in your pocket to waste on things we don't need, and the marijuana users can quit being hassled for burning one.

As an added bonus for legalizing, they save money on California wildfires. No more trying to burn all the weed up to cripple growers XD
