What is an 'EXPERT'? AN EXPERT IS NOTHING MORE THAN "A DRIP OF THE PAST, UNDER PRESSURE". Treaties serve huge propaganda purposes on both sides but really change nothing. All the nonsense about "lasting peace" is just part of the propaganda mill. Feeble and corrupt political systems will never bring peace to the world because TRUE PEACE IS NOT THEIR AGENDA. So, everyone get ready for the big show and enjoy nonstop propaganda on your televisions and the internet.

It is probably true that the US will resume the pursuit of strategic AMD at some point. Perhaps Russia can be given joint control of such AMD, but, in the long term, as far as built in safegaurds go that is probably the best Russia can get. The only true resolution to these issues will be trust. Medvedev is succeeding in giving Russia a better and more respectable global reputation, just as Obama is doing the same for the US. Of course, these leaders are temporary, but one can hope that the progress will continue.
