Top former CIA official Kyle “Dusty” Foggo, accused of bribery, ‘greymailed’ prosecutors to receive a smaller sentence, claims Jerry Kammer, a Pulitzer Prize winning investigative journalist.
Foggo has been sentenced to three years in jail for fraud. He was accused of helping award CIA contracts to a company owned by his childhood friend, even though the company had no background in the required services. The case became one of the largest bribery scandals in recent U.S. history.
