The reduction of nuclear forces should be the goal everywhere. Those who have suffered the most should understand this argument the best: there is no victor in a nuclear war! It is still known as mutually assured destruction. For those countries that have lost wars, they should know it best. It is only through collective action that justice in the world can prevail. It is high time for all nation-states to understand the ultimate safeguard for world peace is through the auspices of a strengthened United Nations securing forces from all countries to provide the protection needed for continuing development of all of its members.
