the last line of the paragraph is inaccurate, when mainland chinese viewers search on google Hong Kong, their search results on sensitive issues will still be blocked, the only difference is it's the Chinese government who will be blocking the searches:wheras, on the mainland, google would censor their searches (even if google didn't censor content on the mainland, it would still be censored by the government), so people shouldn't be deluded into thinking that there is that much of a change in internet service on the chinese mainland.
