Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has stated that the US and Israel are planning to launch two military attacks in the Middle East in the near future as part of a “psychological war” on Tehran.
If the Ahmadinejad's quotes presented in this article are correct, then, really, nothing can be said against the Iranian leader. He is right. In every quote. And his fears look very believable. Exactly the same tactic -- the intimidation by political and military pressure and provocations -- was used by Americans against the USSR. So, I support Iran's desire to have nuclear weapon, because, this is the only way for them to stop Americans messing with Iran as they do currently with Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Regarding Ahmadinejad comments toward Russia, I think, he has reasons to be frustrated over the latest Russian's actions related to Iran. But, at the same time, I would say, that Russia wasn't signed up to be in the same camp with Iran. Russia is perusing its own interests. Including the attempt to balance its integrity, where big groups of Muslim and Jewish population having their own and conflicting views on the world politics and development. Also, Russia would probably prefer to have a member of the nuclear club which plays by the international rules. The problem, though, that there are no international rules at this point. The "political mistresses" of the US (the EU and Canada) do not represent the world as a whole, thus, cannot act on its behalf and establish the international laws. They have rights, though, to act unilaterally. But, so Russia. If there are no common rules -- everybody should be on its own. As such, I think, Russia should take more tough approach toward the EU, but, not necessarily being "forgiving" toward Iran. " It is nothing personal. It is strictly business".
How do we really know he was kidnapped, are we just suppose to take his word for it? it would be a conflict of interest if he said other wise. Maybe Ahmadinejad is going to attack Israel within the next three months thus resulting in American involvement.
1. In response to Ahmadinejad's claims that the US and Israel will attack two middle eastern countries within the next three months, he is simply taking the easy way out. It's no secret that the US is aiding the government of Yemen in its battle with rebels in the north of that country. It is public knowledge that the US is planning a military operation with the consent of the Yemeni government to defeat the rebels. Secondly, it is also public knowledge that the US launches frequent air strikes in Pakistan against Taliban rebels, or as the Russians call them, "innocent civilians." There is no wisdom nor is there prophecy in Ahmadinejad's claims. It is public knowledge. 2. Let me remind Russia that if the AMERICAN government imposes sanctions to prevent AMERICAN companies from doing business with Iran, it is OUR right. If the EUROPEANS want to impose sanctions to prevent EUROPEAN companies from doing business with Iran, it is THEIR right. Following Russia's logic, Russia would have no right to cut off gas to Ukraine in the winter.
Russia has every right to cut off gas to people who refuse to pay for it. Just as I have every right to kick out my tenants when they don't pay their rent. Simple. Also, why is America running around fighting other people's wars? Why don't they stay in their own country, is it so boring in North America for heaven's sake??
I have no response to what Ahmadinejad said because he stated something we all already know. All I know is everyday the middle east conflict upsets me ever more. I fear for my grandfather country Russia and my country America. This region sucks the world as well the two countries I mention into the conflict. Should we leave? By all means. It sounds so easy to meet demands of Islamic extremist. If you give to them. They will ask for more. If you give them Afghanistan, or the Caucasus. They will demand central Asia and Russia as well. They will use there self-righteous ideology to satisfy there impoverish conditions and to bring the world to guilt because our lifestyle too much sex, cursing and drugs to prop themselves to being morally superior Back to Iran. They are not endangering Israel with the Zionist rhetoric. They are endangering themselves and the neighbors around them by producing Nuclear material. Extremist will target Iran as nation to go get nuclear technology. When Iran gets it other countries will want it and get it. Then who know what next.
Ahmadinejad,s statement recalls to mind, that recently President Assad of Syria has already openly stated that Israel is gearing up to attack the Lebanon and this could involve Syria. There are over the last weeks, provocative intrusions into Lebanon.s territory by Israel. Assad has already stated that Israel has no desire for peace in the region, that is why they stall every time the chance for an overall peace settlement arises. They have been doing it for the last 60 years. Take into account also that Lebanon and Syria and Turkey have an alliance with Iran. Take into account the recent Kurdish attacks on Turkish military and the sightings of ex Israeli military personel acting as advisers to the PKK. Take into account the diplomatic spat between Israel and Turkey, that seems to have no end in sight. Remember, Israels defeat in the Lebanon. Israel is not happy about that. Therefore, Ahmedinejad,s remark may allude to a possible attack on Lebanon, which may well suddenly involve Syria. This may be designed to bring about a response from Iran. As for Ahmadinejad.s statements pointed at Mr Medvedev, what precisely did the Russian government expect, when Mr Medvedev alluded to Iran attempting to build nuclear weapons. The problem that is exacerbating this situation came from American and Israeli sources accusing Iran of attempting to build nuclear weapons. Inspections by the IAEA have disproved this. Iran has publicly stated, they have no nuclear weapons and have no intentions to make them. This is repeated so many times that it leaves a question. What do the US, Israel, EU, Russia, China, really want from Iran?
Iran has the right to run and operate civil nuclear power but not to have nuclear weapons. If iran had nuclear weapons, they would pass them on to hizbollah, those maddogs. And soon a nuclear blast would occur in northern Israel. Much misery for all people of middle east. The radioactive fallout would reach as far as Mekka and Medina. Two places dearly to muslims. Since Iran cannot be trusted, they should not have nukes.
Interesting to say Hezbollah are mad, when they have never attacked any of their neighbours, just like Iran. Israel is the one that goes around attacking their neighbours. And they don't even belong there, there is no such thing as Israel it was invented by the Americans and Europeans in the first place. And I'm sure Iran is being targeted and pushed into a war they don't want, simply because of their vast oil and gas reserves.
Very simple: he'll look the total fool when it doesn't happen, now won't he?
Russia must not trust U.S. The Devil always does devilish things!
If Israel attacks Turkey from the rear will Greece help? Will Iran back Turkey or will they just watch Greece and Israel. World politics can be very, very interesting, occasionally. Who let the dogs out.
Well there is no doubt about it. Israel is going to start the war with Iran. The Us will be forced to join Israel and that will start the 3ed war in the Middle East. Simply read this from the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity to Barack Obama (http://www.truth-out.org/obama-warned-israel-may-bomb-iran61992?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter) and read the articles here on RT. It's clear that both sides are preparing for war!
There appears to be about 250,000,000 (250million) Americans living in USA. Seemingly about half are illiterate, about 50,000,000 on the breadline. Thier intln champion may be Wikileaks that apparently wants the world to know what the TAXPAYERS are "paying" for?In my opinion, suppression of freedom of speech and communications, such as govt interferrence in and or suppression of Internet is International abuse of human rights. It further appears that Guardian's supposed support of Assange could have been a ploy?Rest assured, that media will not see my door.I suspect that Jesus had the air of truth about him. What has pitched is, 'Look at the "hand" in the glove that strangles you, not the glove!'Internet should be available to ALL and treated as a nation right.

I would say Russia's position and rhetoric against Iran is what's unacceptable. Especially after America kidnapped Iran's scientist, I don't remember Medvedev saying anything to condemn that illegal kidnapping.
