How come always talk about or what this psycho says about Iran in Media?!!!! I barely heard anything from present US Ambassador to the UN (miss Rice) say about Iran. All knows this Psychopath gets order from his masters in Tel Aviv. Is he a hateful man or just I think that way?!!

Why would anybody dignify a psychotic liar and born warmonger by propagasting his (Israel's) opinion is beyond my comprehension. This guy has been rejected by most countries of the United Nations, by most people of "his" own country, he has been dicredited irretreivably, has acted as one the agents of the Israeli government within the ranks of the so-called neo-conservatives heaping three wars on the United States and pushing the country from moral bankruptcy to financial meltdown, and yet, he is quoted in the press with his sickly "opinions" about what should this or that country should do? Please, spare the readers of RT such insults to their intelligence.

The politics with Iran are absolutely terrible. Hypocritical overtones are just flooding in from the West as they try to control every nation's destiny. US processes its own nuclear fuel, France and Russia also. They can't stop their wishes for civilian nuclear power so now they blackmail Iran, buy uranium from us, we'll refine it... OR ELSE!!!! Again this is ridiculous. I have no idea what' Russia's angle is on this. I guess they are going along on this round of threats because they are potential benefactors to any deal that would arise from this blackmail. I think Russia needs to promote honest dialogue and disassociate itself from these political shenanigans that the West engages in. Israel has, estimated, around 200 nuclear weapons and nuclear power. They endlessly kill their neighbors. Iran in recent history has not invaded a neighbor. Pointing out government type or social injustices as reasons to dictate to them policy is absurdity. As the nation's societies are plagued with their own ills that give no justification to judge the other. This is why the Western powers always fail at diplomacy. They already have no diplomacy, just threats, blackmail, and wars.

Bolton is one of the most despicable and revolting warmongers out there. Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi propaganda minister said “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” This is exactly the maxim being adopted by Israeli leaders who are spreading lies, disinformation and half-truths about Iran in order to get the madman in Washington D.C. and his gang of neocons and war criminals to attack another Muslim country on Israel’s behalf.

Bolton is insane, truly. He is stupid, vulgar, has no finesse, and I think he has a mental condition. Most people I know think he is off the wall, at best. No one can stand him, not even most Republicans I know. Most people I know fear the Muslims. Me, hwoever, I don't give a flying hoot if Iran has nukes...Israel has nukes. No one will use them unless they have to, so the underlaying assumption is that Iranians are insane and they will use them on the fly. I don't agree. I don't like any organized religion, including Islan, but I think Iranianas are as intelligent as anyone else. And this cheap nonsense about nukes falling into the hands of terroists...either the Iranians have a problem with high security storage, and if so I want to know why other than RACISM - or they don't. If Israel can keep their nukes secret, Iran can keep them from terrorists. That is, of course, unless you want to invade Iran, in which case a power vacuem will be created and almost anyone can get nukes or anything else for a time. We are the only suckers in the world who have actually used nukes, so who the hell are we to talk? We back Israel, who illegally has nukes, so who the hell are we to talk. The world is INSANE, its like a river of vomit being spewed at us day after day.

Bolton does a completely inadequate job of explaining how Israel bombing Iran would be a good idea because he doesn't go into the details of what the Iranian's response would be like. It would probably ignite a horrible war. Iran's oil supply could be forfeit, thereby putting increased strain on the global economy. Iran could be destabilized and thereby transformed to become something quite a lot worse than the status quo. Thousands to millions of people would die. The negotiated settlement, if achieved, mitigates the chance Iran will create a bomb. It gets rid of it completely in the short term. In the longer term, so long as we make sure Iran discloses all power plants promptly, inspections provide a strong degree of security that we will know what Iran is up to before they crossed the final yards to getting a bomb. This isn't a great solution, but it is inexpensive, amicable, and not wholly ineffective.

Bolton is one of the more bone-headed appointments Bush ever made, and he made some doozies. There was some speculation in left-wing news at the time that Bush deliberately appointed Bolton to be our ambassador to the UN just to show the world how much we despised everybody. That was not proven, however - it could have just been Bush's incompetence that made him choose Bolton.

Tone down the word noise before things reach a point of no return and the world is thrown into total chaos and greater wars. The people making the noise are seldom the ones who lose their lives when things get out of control. The people who start the wars should have to send their own children and themselves into the war, but war wimps seldom serve in the military. They have no desire to serve themselves but will let their own fellow citizens face the consequences of their macho talk and actions. If you do not want to go and fight yourself, you might want to consider shutting your mouth. Good deeds, not a lot of talk is what counts.

The aspect of Mr Bolton's character which causes such consternation is simply that he speaks his mind and PC culture be damned. For those who equate the rationality of Tehran's mullahs to a nation which has fought 3 major wars and an ongoing insurgency for DECADES without using a nuke....well... one thing you might want to consider is that those who have NOTHING MORE to lose, are the most dangerous to deal with.

Fortunately, we still have someone that is willing to tell the truth. What am I missing here? Reality can shock, but don't we want the truth when the doctor says you don't have long to live if you don't change your bad habits? Don't we say 'thank you for letting me know in time' ? The Israelis and the Iranians both know that Obama has been politically emasculated in the USA, and his Achilles heel is a foreign policy from fantasyland that advocates negotiation from a position of weakness. War is inevitable, because neither side fears the USA anymore. They are smart not to fear us. We lack the political will to protect our own interests and our president is more worried about the rights of our enemies than the safety of our citizens. Those who think the Israelis will bow to US requests if their existence is threatened do not understand the power of "never again" in the Jewish psyche. The Israelis originally developed nuclear weapons to protect themselves from the USA, which had a largely pro-Arab foreign policy until Nixon and Kissinger nearly triggered nuclear Armageddon when they tried to sell out the Israelis in the early days of the Yom Kippur War in 1974. The Israelis know that if the Iranians can neutralize their nuclear force, the USA will then abandon the Israelis as an ally. That is why Obama supports the Muslim extremists in Iran. He sees the Israelis as an albatross. The Israelis are not that stupid as to think that Obama is a friend. Push them hard enough, they will press the nuclear button.
