Russia should do whatever is in Russia's interest; Remember who armed Georgia, and gave them the blessings to attack South Ossetia, Whose media daily distorted the facts about the Georgian crisis.US,US,US!!! Obama still has the same people "Russia Paraniod Crowd" advising him....Biden, Gates ,Brzezinski.etc..Just because Obama is scrapping the missile plans in Poland and the Czech Republic does not mean Russia has to reciprocrate; the US was wrong!!!!!The US is playing games again, they need Russia to deal with Iran....Iran is not an enemy of Russia, but the US is run by Israel's powerful lobby AIPAC therfore it doesn't matter what Iran does as long as Iran supports the Palestinian struggle the US will use all means to weaken Iran. It's amusing to see the US(wanna be empire) England(has been empire) France (illusions of grandeur) threaten Iran, same three countries that threatened Russia with membership in the G8 now are attending the G20....Till today the American press(AIPAC controlled) still claims somehow Russia was the aggressor in the Georgian Conflict.

It may be Rusia's joker when playing politcal "games" with the U.S. but the bigger picture here has got to be preventing an Iranian regime (which has clearly violated UN regulations) continuing down a path towards conflict, this ultimately is of no benefit to anyone. The Iranian regimes behaviour and intent should be of concern to everyone. You may be Anti-U.S., anti-west, anti-anything not Muslim, whatever walk of life you come from I would urge you not to just lap up what you are fed by the media or what Politicians tell you. Find out the facts for yourself, find out what the REAL people of Iran think, find out what the REAL people of the West think about what's going on. You never know, you might actually find out the truth. Want to know what's really going on with REAL Iranian people start here: http://iran.whyweprotest.net/green-brief/

I concur that the same people behind the Georgian crisis are the same behind the Iranian hype, on the other side; the war with South Ossetia and Abkhazia should not be confused with a nuclear-armed Iran. A nuclear armed Iran got far more reaching consequences for the rest of the world. People seems to forget it is only about ~150~ years ago half of Europe were enslaved by Muslim invaders, a far more greater threat then Georgia can ever represent for global security as a whole is a nuclear armed Iran. These fanatics would not hold back, there is a great difference between a nuclear-armed Pakistan and a nuclear-armed Iran. This is over the top dangerous, I do not say Israel that is armed with nuclear-weapons is any more safe to have these then the Iranians, I say strip away all these weapons from the Middle-East, Russian Federation got to see past the red tape of possible benefits they might have with the current Iranian regime and deny them further development cause this is a truly dangerous stand-off. Last days acknowledgement of a secondary site for this make it clear at least for me that the Iranian nuclear program got nothing to do with peaceful energy. What I suggest is this, and this is to halt a nuclear-arms race inside the Middle East and the south East Asia as well, all most unilaterally tell with one voice that Iranian nuclear programme is put to a halt, but not for free, Israel needs to disarm as well. The same people got to supervise the disarmament of the Israeli state of all nuclear weaponry. Shoot two doves with one round here and make it so it’s not only a dangerous regime is forced to disarm, but also its greatest enemy in the region Israel is disarmed as well. No more double standards.

Iran has shown nothing but consistent fidelity to Russia and her allies around the world. Iran has also proposed - or backed - innovations in realms of global energy economic matters, including a proposal to form a natural gas version of OPEC with Russia and Venezuela. Iran is indeed an asset to Russia, as well as to Russia's vital ally, China. The US and UK monetary powers are weakening, and cannot afford to have a Russian-Chinese-Iranian alliance fighting back. Because of this fact, the United States needs Iran more than Iran needs the West, and thus Russia should keep Iran close to her vest.

I dont agree-Iran is not joker in Russia hand!Iran as a member of new multipolar world, is important to Russia as such!Russia bring not long ago law to protect int.law and multipolar world by any means! On Iran "case" Russia follow int.law against west because they havent yet proof beyond any doubt-that Iran will produce N.bombs!Russia simply wont lett west to do(genocide) as in a case of Serbia(fake Rachak masacre),Iraq(fake WMD) and Afganistan(fake war on terror - 9/11 was inside job)...!Russia policy is right and I believe they will react if any state breack int.law.Iran also give permision for IAEA to inspect all sides! They got right to produse peacefull N.energy as other states.West havent got any honest reasons(till now) behind non stop threats against Iran!Iran also(unlike west or Israel) always was a peaceful state in the past.Russia always hold a high moral ground and will as such support Iran all the way in future-if anything change -it will be Iran sole quilt and NOT WEST WISH!Main west reasons(among others) to stop spread of N.weapons is to protect themself from rightfull punishment in future!West commit unseen crimes in past history(before and after of times of slavery-till today) and is afraid of future...Its strange that this "democratic" west NEVER EVER punish one their citizen in last 1000 years for those commited crimes! They stole 30% of the world land mass and wipe out (by teir own experts -of today shall be 1.5-2 BILLIONS people around globe) natives on all 4 sides of the world! I will answer them by they own sying:"IF YOU DIDNT DO NOTHING WRONG THERE IS NOT REASON TO BE AFRAID"!Thanke you!
