Scandal over US-supported Sunni insurgents in Iran

Iran insists the US was backing the leader of an armed Sunni group heading an insurgency in the country who was captured earlier this week. Washington denies the claims.
Their MO is the same in Chechniya, Dagestan, Georgia, Kosovo and Metohiya or any other strategic/resource important and they publicly state that on more than one occasion. Time will show what they have planned for Ukraine?
Tarpley is going a little far in drawing US-China tensions into this. I find it sad that so many of these pro-Iranian pundits automatically jump to the conclusion that any action or accusation against Iran is part of a larger plot against the country, and that Iran is always completely innocent. Truth is, there is a difference between the legitimacy of last year's election, Iran secretly working on nuclear weapons, and U.S. attempts at destabilization. It's not all part of the same great conspiracy. It's an issue by issue situation. Just because I believe that the elections were legitimate, it does not mean that I think Iran is innocent in the nuclear issue. It's a question of doing your research before taking a position, and sadly, I find that a lot of these media-types haven't done that. There is little doubt that Rigi was connected with the U.S. His own brother has stated this. On the other hand, connecting U.S. attempts at destabilizing Iran to a power struggle with China is unfounded. More likely a power-struggle with Russia. Let's put it this way: it's been reported that, in an attempt to get China on board for UNSC sanctions against Iran, the U.S. has been encouraging a rapprochement between China and Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia would guarantee to make up for the Iranian oil that China would be unable to import as a result of sanctions. That speaks of co-operation, not a power-struggle. Sorry, but sometimes people read into a situation what they want to read into it. Tarpley seems to be doing just that.
Once again the "Trio" which created "Taliban and Alqaida" has finally some agreements on something. The Trio is USA, Saudi Arab and Pakistan. This is the oddest Trio in modern times, trust me on this one. These characters dont like each other much but whenever they are togather its known by the stinch in the air. Looks like Iran is being rewarded for somthing by someone so see how stinky it is.
The winds of war are reaching critical mass. The world cannot continue this path without grave, disasterous, major war. My sympathy goes out to the men and women who will have to fight it. Unfortunately, the politicians who get us into a major war will not be doing any of the fighting. They are men/women of words, not actions.
The US has become the biggest terrorist paymaster of all time. It pays terrorists for protection, it pays terrorists for destabilization. Then amazingly it has a war on terror and wants to get rid of it! Its like buying cars, and then complaining they are all blocking up your drive! The US was the creator of state and state funded terrorists. To defeat terrorism, it would need to defeat itself. That is why it makes little progress! The US was so naive, that it thought it could have directed terrorism, that the mighty buck would be the religion that could make every one follow their every word. However, others started to have bucks and a different religion, and it all went of the rails. Remember if you create a prostitute, then they can have other clients!
Count Cash If you think that the US is so manipulative and controlling at starting these wars, then what are you saying about the general intelligence of the rest of the world? Is America the most intelligent? If it is so obvious that the Americans are starting all of these wars and manipulationg everyone else's evil deeds, shouldnt these countries that the Americans are putting at war with eachother be smart enough to recognize this and not give in to it. I suppose Count Cash has a higher intelligence than all of the politicians of the world.?????? It's like a human putting to pit bulls in a cage together and watching them fight. Obviously the human is the smarter than the two dogs, and you know that you can manipulate the dogs to fight to the death. Is that what you are saying about America??? We are the smart humans instigating wars between all of the primitive beast???
"The US has become the biggest terrorist paymaster of all time" It is the people in control of the U.S. Govt. Like many other countries there has been a coup. The American people are fighting to get their country back from these criminals. Home land security and NorthCom are in place to stop any revolution. Follow the money to the top and you will see who is pulling the strings, its not the USA. Like many others, we are being used. See Bilderberg Group.
Actually, it shows how stupid the US is, money and inteliligence are not equateable. The US had the bucks, and with them it could buy anythig from a great academic historian to rewrite hisory, through a chess player, down to a tribal herdsman, everyone has a price, as they say. So it did precisely that, not realising that the weapon you develop to use on your enemy, can become the weapon of choice for your enemy. The US undertsand subverson and terrorism, it has been practicing it for decades. It knows that breaking the people's cohesion is the way to break a country. The US isn't interested in a world community, it is just interested in its own hegemony. While it had the cash, and the 'freedom' brand all was well. But when the trust fund ran out, and others saw the US killing and torturing their sons and daughters, so the 'freedom' brand went and as well. At that point the US was put in the cage to fight the taliban pit bull, to all our amusement. Make a machine, and someone eles can buy it! enjoy, we are!
Alex, All my comments relate to the US government, and those that control it. It is just very long winded to write it down each time. I could use US government, but that would leave out the real finacial elite in control, I could use bankers, but that leaves out a host of others, so I am left with US which is nice and short and I think apt as the troublesome actors, do come with that flag appended. Of course the great American people have little control over their government. They are hard working people, who just want to get on with their lives and live in peace. However, the financial elite, have other plans, they always have, The financial players became bigger than countries, they moved from playing the small national financial markets, to playing with nations and country groupings economies. Why play in the small finacial market game, when you can collapse a Greek economy and make huge benefits on Euro trade and debt insurance. The game just got bigger and bigger. See money became everything: even though everyone knows money is power, no one realised to put it into the separation of powers in constitutional law. So now individual finacial power became larger than economies, the finacial Kings of the world were born, free of governments, their whims became the things to die for. Their private armies became the power in the world, their 'courts' became the table of acceptance. No one ever bothered to ask why wealth equivalent to one countries GDP can be held in the hands of a single player! No one bothered to ask what effects ths would have on nations, countries and the world at large! It buys a government, it buys a policy, it buys a vote, it buys a terrorist! Government was meant to be for the people, not for the financial Kings. The US now is a finacial all powerful unaccountable monarchy! It is time for them to become a republic!
It is necessary to spend Bush, Kandolizy Rice, Gordon Brown's public execution and Bzezhinsky! It is desirable, that executed them on Red Square! They fool the American people which, are most likely blind and does not think at all
I've thought, all along, that the US was involved in the electoral opposition, in Iran. (Aside from the desire of the people to have a democratic government) We have a hypocritical government, here in the US. Some of us will vote against the "status quo", but, apparently, most people, here, are happy to be hypocrital imperialists. I don't know how we are going to affect change!

Do I hear the horns of war? Looks like the same thing they did with kurds\iraqis, this time after the "freedom" movement in Iran failed miserably they turn to the old and prooven alternative of religious division.
