Investigative journalist and RT contributor Wayne Madsen believes Washington’s shelving of its proposed anti-missile shield in Eastern Europe was part of a quid pro quo with Russia.
Great News ! For sure it may be more rational to not install expensive missiles in defense any more when the better choice will be to nuke the target before they will even have a chance to trigger their rockets on anybody. Some probably just decided that once in a while a blunt attack is a better defense when time for talks is over. And those weapons are ready to go,do not worry.

For the time being, of course. As the chaos is conveniently moving now from Afghanistan into the valleys of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan, the handwriting is on the wall for Iran. All that is to insure that Russia is next, applying the so far very effective strategy: generate chaos, and stay there no matter what. The chaos maker in the end profits, as others get worn out. Then the chaos maker pick ups the pieces, and rearranges them according to its will.
