Where is the money sent to rebuild Iraq?

It's been six years since the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq toppled Saddam Hussein’s regime, but much of the country is still in ruins with little or no improvement to basic necessities like electricity and water supplies.

Let's put the blame for the devastation of Iraq where it belongs. The United States attacked and destroyed Iraq on lies fabricated from the president on down. Human damages are incalculable; property damages are in the hundreds of billions of dollars; corrupt appropriation by defense contractors are in the tens of billions of dollars; US corruption of Iraqi officials. The United States is bankrupt is notorious for destruction but has not a penny for construction. Where can the poor Iraqi people turn to obtain justice? Unfortunately nowhere. Iraq is hostage to the United States and will never recover unless the most destructive country in the world pulls up paws and leaves the country with its nose bloodied.

I believe, the rebuilding of Iraq, the OIL,and the Iraqi strategic location, for more US bases, was all on the Tyrant bush,s PLANS,for great profit, and that is why,he had to com up with,or invent, reasons to invade that Nation. We all know, prior to the invasion, bush fund a couple of Iraqi, enemies of their own people, and their Iraqi Nation, and I am not surprised if these Tyrants are taking part on the disappearance of billions. We all know,of the disappeared billions in Iraq, but much more,in the trillions, cannot be accounted for,on the pentagon, and the bail out of billionares. The bush,s Fascist administration, did what they ever wanted, simple because, the american people allow it,thanks to their GREAT degree of ignorance. Now they are paying, and the road ahead is going to be very bad.I believe the time has come, for the american people,to at least partially,{PAY} for the EVIL CRIMES, they have, and continue committing, against HUMANITY.Here we have a good example,of the GREAT democracy, america and the Imperial Alliance, want Impose,on the rest of Humanity. ,

Usa Attack Iraq only for one reason: to stole oil and gas!Sadam stood up to their intrest, so he and his sons been killed.Iraqi people are only "colleteral" damage .I read a news a month ago, that Iraqi police arrest a full track of talibans with weapons and explosives. After short investigation they tell Iraqis -Usa send them in Iraq to do-you know what! Americans find out and insist, they must be let go-witch did happend indeed! I bet honest people suspect Usa hand in so many bombings, a long time ago! After a fake reason for war, they now withdraw from citys -they lost any"legal" reason to stay there-unless Iraqis call them for "help"-witch did not happend up till now! I also read mr Malliki(president of Iraq)will make referendum to vote about complete withdraw of the last Usa soldier from country-a good idea to make them live! Only then things will become better and better for Iraq. About money to rebuild Iraq you can forget-they never rebuild state after war(history fact). Money what they send ,in the first place-was plan to be stolen from Iraqi oil and gas.Plan did not work out well for Usa, and I believe in the end it will be a total blunder! War in Kosovo- fake reason(Racak massacre never happend-they dress death bodys from cementary in civil and show them as innorcent victims),Iraq-fake WMD,Afganistan-Fake to(9/11 was inside job-to give them "reason" for forever wars in future-Usa economy is base on making wars) will bring slowly but sure, Usa down! Indeed, Usa did show to all world they true colors, and nothing what they do in future will change that-in a long run Usa did commit suicide! Thanke you...

The “misuse” of the funds give for the improvement of the infrastructure of Iraq, is not a misuse at all. It was intended form the very begging for these huge amounts of money that the USA government gives to be looted and absorbed by corruption form corporate America. This process besides of enriching specific individuals contributes significantly in the accumulation of capital and to the growth in size and scope of the major American corporations. It is just another side of the economic policies of “military Keynesianism” that every USA administration has implemented since the end of the Second World War. Putting aside the hypocrisy of the strategy “we bomb you first and then supposedly we try to recreate your infrastructure”, this policy of the USA functions as a way also of creating a new economic elite in a given country that will of course be pro - USA as it will owe its very existence to the USA intervention in the first place. Thus, the USA original target of controlling the recourses of Iraq (note: “Recourse Wars” are called in academic International Theory jargon) will be sealed and secures for the future by the presence of this new Iraqi elite. Academic researchers have seen these USA strategies unfolding in a number of countries like Italy, Greece, Turkey, and across South America since 1945. Iraq, unfortunate for the Iraqi people, has been added to this long list, after Yugoslavia. Let’s hope that Belarus, Ukraine and the Central Asian republics will manage to avoid the same faith. A very good story.

It just goes to show, wars are "good" for the economy - especially one built on the defense industry. Halliburton would have been bankrupt if it hadn't been for their no-bid government contracts in Iraq. That was admitted in the news here in USA years ago. Now they are rolling in taxpayer money. The Iraq war is a prime example of what General Butler said in the last century: "War is a racket".

Americans have already murdered no less than 1.5 million Iraqis. Assassin groups were sent intentionally to exterminate as many as possible of Iraqi professors, scientists, and other members of intellectual Iraqi elite - some estimations refer to 70 thousand of these highly educated people. That is the most efficient way for any chance for recovering the Iraqi country to be nullified in the foreseeable future, and that was the basic motivation for the faked attack. The oil is just a side benefit. The Americans and Britons are simple that kind of genocidal nations that deserve to be completely wiped off from the Earth's face, and never ever to be even mentioned that such a scum ever existed.

Everbody knows CIA is involved in the Afgan and Golden Triangle trade. In the 1970's as young kid in Los Angeles County California USA upper middle class district (millionair houses) in 11th grade -- we were pitched by salesmen who told us THIA STICKS were opium laced and came from special military-CIA connections as approved by King of Thailand. This is when we were kids in 1970. Most of Vietnam Vets (drafted) we knew, came back to America carring drug paraphialia on their old Army uniforms. They would say anthing was avaible in Vietnam: marajuana hash opium LSD amphetamines barbituates and the best of all drugs. So were dumb youth in Los Angeles County CA USA suburbs and would expect best from CIA and their intermediate contacts. This was on or about time that US Congress created the DEA from FDA. Yet CIA was sales market term in 1971-72-73. If it was not CIA connections from Thailand, it was not good drugs. Even some LSD was stamped with CIA logo onto each tablets. So what is new between 1970-2009? Peace.
