But he is NOT a " natural born citizen " under the Constitution, for at the time of his birth under the British Nationality Act of 1948, his father was a British subject and Obama himself through descent was also a British subject.

This is relevanat because the US Constitution, the supreme law of the land, specifically states that one of the requirements to be President, is to have been a natural born citizen of the United States. If he was not born in this country, then he does not meet the minimum qaulifications to be President.
