North Korea, like any other country, has the absolute right to pursue science and technology, as long as it does not violate any international treaty or the UN Charter. So far there is no evidence that North Korea is manufacturing an atomic bomb, or making missile to attack any prospective country. The noise raised by some quarters who insist on labeling North Korea a "reclusive country and a danger to the world" are the very quarters who are involved in aggressive wars thousands of miles away from their borders. North Korea is a sovereign country and should be treated as such. The United States, the European Union, Russia, Japan, or China have absolutely no right to hinder the peaceful endeavors of the country.
