The USA is terribly abusive of free speech with written internet communication. These Brits shouldn't even have to explain what they meant by "destroy" America or "digging up MM", unless there was some other corroborating evidence to show that was a threat.  This was a clear abuse of rights, and it is happening to Americans in the US too, on many different levels, through all parts of their lives.  These DHS guys are rotten ba$tards and the whole agency should be defunded and disbanded, along with the TSA and several other post 9/11 police state human rights violators.  The US is no longer a free country.  You can't let them say that anymore if they punish people for this kind of stuff.  What these DHS agents did us unacceptable on all levels, and they need to be publicly condemned for it.  They are un-American, un-Patriotic, and a slap in the fact to all WWII veterans.

Bearing in mind it isn't America as a whole. It's the idiots in power who always take things either too seriously. Jokes as a whole are lost to them. I can only imagine some of the recruitment missions have to do with brainwashing and extracting humor.
