‘Lavrov & Clinton meeting marks beginning of a hard road’

Russia and US will have to start from a low level of relations, said Professor Angela Stent, director of the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies, Georgetown University, Washington DC.
However, she agrees that the relations between the two countries have been reset, in spite of the spelling mistake on US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s symbolic gift for her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
