Media abandons Pakistan as country drowns

The UN has said that the disaster is worse than the 2004 South Asian tsunami, the 2005 Kashmir earthquake and the 2010 Haiti earthquake combined. So, why isn't the US media covering it?
This is one of the consequences of years of attempting to devalue the lives of the people of Afghanistan (and more recently those who live in North West Pakistan too). Add to this the fact that the majority of those displaced in Pakistan are Muslim - who have been 'blamed' to a greater or lesser extent for the ills in the world - then we can begin to understand why western media has not given this disaster the coverage that it deserves. In addition to this I have not heard any reporting about the US (and some 'contractors') using the disaster as an opportunity to infiltrate personnel / operatives / supplies / monitoring equipment deep into Pakistani terrority. I have not heard any reporting in western media of the multipul air strikes (by US drones) during the worst of the floods on fleeing groups of people, nor on the strikes on so called 'Islamists' distributing aid and supplies to civillians because thier government were unable to. The US have indeed done such a good job of devaluing the lives of the people of this region that even those who should know better are acting with indifference.
The media won't cover this pakistani flood because they are trying to paint the pakistani people as the bad guy. How could they be the bad guy if we feel sorry for them. their agenda is to demonize everyone they can to further their agenda, a new wolrd order. feeling sorry is a direct contradiction.we're only allowed to feel sorry for the politicians who are raping us!

I think the UN loses credibility if they say the Pakistani flood is worse than the Tsunami as that snuffed out 500,000 people's lives instantly as the waves crashed ashore. Well, that was the number given during the Tsunami coverage. If they are talking economically and the effects on infrastructure, they need to state that. As around 2000 people died to the Pakistani disaster, but it affects around 1.000.000. All the same, the media chooses stories that pushes certain agendas in the West. Russian fires were all over because they could use it to push Global Warming agendas. Pakistan's problems are quiet because US only has interests with their War on Terror there. It wouldn't play into that narrative well.
