RT has obtained documents submitted to Thai authorities by Alla Bout, wife of Russian businessman Viktor Bout, who has been fighting against extradition from Thailand to the US for the past two to five years.
Viktor Bout caseRussia’s Chief Military Prosecutor said an attempt to smuggle anti-submarine missiles and aviation bombs was foiled in the Navy. The weapons were meant to be later sold to China.
The Russian Foreign Ministry says it does not have any information regarding the new charges brought against Viktor Bout and hopes he will be able to return home in the near future.
