Let's not withdraw them. Let's disarm them and thereby save the cost of shipping them somewhere else. It makes sense to have US troops in Europe for logistical purposes that support operations elsewhere, but as to why we have more troops in Germany than Afghanistan, that seems like a Cold War relic. Should relations with Russia remain good, I suspect this relic will continue to fade away. Should they even remain civil, it still may. It's an expensive bunch of nonsense to have this many troops stationed in a stably inactive theater.

Why not stay? It is a clear plus to the German economy, and little inconvinience. The only idiots are American taxpayers. Now, Afganistan war will be even more expanded. The incursions into the nearby Central Asian states are already under way. And the Administration is promising a "high level" meetings with these target countries, namely Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. And the nearby Kyrgizstan, China's neighbour, knows very well that its role will be in stoking fires to the nearby restive Chinese West. What a mess! There is a bunch of egos circling White House. From all the former greats, Kissinger, Brzezinski and now wannabe great, Hollbroke, they all are pushing for the expansion into the Central Asia. They know that once inserted, we will stay forever. They do not care how much will American people pay for it in lost homes, lost jobs, destroyed families and sad children. They want the world. Insane egos, and obedient populace, what a deadly combination.

When we try to have some kind of coherence in that European-Union by choosing a president and some kind of a secretary of state, we still have so many thousands US soldiers on our soil and hundreds of military and spying bases. Our economies, our institutions and our communications are spyied on 24 hours a day by a "friend". Rather strange is not it ? This amalgam of royal republics, mafiosis republics and decadent monarchies is a joke and, unfortunatly, still will be for a long time. Very Sorry, Future European Generations. Go see what is going on, on the russian side; you may be surprised ! Beside Russia is underpopulated; there is plenty of room...Sincerely. Jean-Claude Meslin

Let's Russia dessintegrate further (the process is going on and it's unstoppable, irreversible) and then remove the American troops from Europe.
