This week, hundreds of world leaders descended on New York for the UN General Assembly session. Lori Harfenist, also known “The Resident”, hit the streets to check out what people thought about the global gathering.

The big event has turned the city into a hotbed of protests, traffic gridlock and heightened security measures.

Do people care? Do they think these kinds of meetings make a positive difference in the world, or do they consider it just a nuisance and a traffic jam?
