Thank you for not forgetting about NATO crime . Lies by Bill Clinton, Tony Blair and some U.S. senators about hundreds of thousands of killed Albanians and "humanitarian disaster" were denied after the war by Red Cross and CIA.They could find only about 4.000 dead (Serbs and Albanians) after the war and NATO bombing of Kosovo. It was SHOCKING that only one person thought that countries should have their right on complete sovereignty. Proof that U.S. did great job on brain washing of their population. This gives hands free on world interventionism of U.S. military when and wherever they want in their global Empire. (I don't know why but I couldn't vote. Voting wasn't available - active - on this video. I vote 5 stars.)

NATO should have expired in '91. NATO should resign/dissolve and leave the terms of intervention to be allocated rightfully and incorruptibly by the presentally disregarded and triviliazed International Court of Justice. Thank you for the video.

Some very interesting items covered in this video. Firstly, I think it very heartening that people on the whole, don't see there being a justification for an outside organisation interfering in a country. So these people, on the street understand international law, and that's great, because it shows the law is living in the people. That is good law. There is only one, organisation on earth, that has a right to interfere legally in another country, and that's the UN security council. Any other organisation or nation, not acting out of self defence, or to prevent IMMEDIATE harm, is simply carying out an illegal act, contrary to international law. NATO acted ilegally in Yugoslavia. Its as clear cut as that. Now the politicians will always try to cloud the issue, it is their job to justify lies, it comes with their territory. However, they can never change the fact that the bombing of Yugoslavia by NATO was illegal. They could try to argue mitigation, but it was still illegal. There is no legal defence possible to their actions. There is no defence of utility, there is no defence of protecting others, because there was a route to present the arguments to the competent body within time. No this was just a case, of taking the law into their own hands, because they did not want to follow due process. The UN Security council can be convened in hours. The coordination of the attacks took an inordinate amount of time in comparison to this. What NATO did was a crime, but not a simple crime, it was a war crime. Aggression was the war crime; elements of Japan, and Germany were held to have commited the war crime of aggression, in the second world war. There are some arguments to support that these convictions should not have been successful, because the crime of aggression was undefined. However, through precedent, there can hardly be a doubt that aggression is defined in international law today, based on these defining cases. Otherwise the convictions of Japan and Germany would be unsound. So NATO not only commited a crime, but a war crime. It is not a nice fact for NATO to own up to. That is why you see the continual, political shrouding of the legal reality in falsehoods. NATO is just living one big lie. They loose all credibility by holding onto this lie, because quite rightly, it ruins any trust in them, or belief that they are a defensive law abiding organisation. Quite simply they aren't, and have been clearly shown to be war criminals. It doesn't just stop with Yugoslavia, NATO also supports torture, NATO also supports other illegal invasions, NATO trains terrorists, NATO engages in drug dealing. NATO engages in internal destabilisation of countries. NATO is simply a hub of international criminality, in existence to keep the gravy train on the rails for its berocratic beneficiaries in employed in Europe. Note also, that some people will try to cloud, the issue with Jusisdiction, trying to avoid the crime, by claiming there is no court to try these crimes, this is the victors justice principle, basically it is an abuse, because the victor selects only the crimes the victors want to prosecute. This is the game played in the Hague, it is the game played by NATO pupeteers. On one hand they act contrary to international law and due process, then they claim due process needs to be followed to bring an action against them Any one can see that this is dual standards, which has both huge legal and political ramifications. It achieves nothing other than to demonstrate NATO has dual standards and acts criiminaly. It is as simple as that. So good night brothers and sisters and just wait- People can evade prosecution through thuggery, but they can never, ever, evade the immorality of their acts. It is this immorality, that finally opens their cell door, so they may walk in.

What everybody seems to forget is that in 1999 you had masive ethnic cleansing where 1.2milion people were driven out of Kosovo (including me and my family) by the Serbian Paramilitaries and Police. Kosovo in total has 1.8 milion inhabitants. NATO attack of Serbia is the only instance of military action for purely humanitarian reasons, because non-intervention, meant that Srebrenica would repeat itself, again and again.

Biased views cloud judgements of even the most selfless individuals, so whoever as an outsider makes a judgement without an intimate knowledge of the reasons that led to 1999 bombings, and the retaliation that civilians went through (every serb in Kosovo were provided with weapons to use against Albanians, not unlike what happened in Rwanda) as a revenge for the bombings, belong to a special group of people called racists and biggots. Me and my family still to this day can not go visit our hometown in Northern Mitrovica since. This environment of hatered breeds destruction of society and breakdown of moral values.

Thankfully there were some people that went through the same situation, such as Madelaine Olbraight, due to being born a Jew, and saw the similarities between what was happening and what whent through during the Holocoust.

I hope these medieval acts of Tribal Aliances (Russia and Serbia) goes out of favor because it gives these nations a sence of superiority over other human beings, and breeds a racist, ignorant, and intolerant society. Where else in the world people still get killed for being gay or black except in Moskow and Belgrade? That's just another instance of how much hatered has permated the Russian and Serbian Society, and it will remain so until there's reflection inwards of the root causes of everyday problems . Instead there's still going to continue the search for a scapegoat to blame for the ills of the society, conveniently provided by the corrupt political elite. NATO stepped in and completed military operations, in my opinion, for purely selfless reasons. That's enough for me to owe every Soldier that risked their life, me sincerest gratitude, and because of people such as Madelaine Albright, Tony Blair and Bill Clinton, me an my family are alive today.
