I believe all countries should have nuclear weapon that way we will have peace. No country well be killing innocent children and their parents for their riches. The general rule is that if you have a M-16 and I have a M-16 we will sit down and talk instead of fighting. However, if I have a 22 caliber and you have a M-16, mostly you will always attack me if I have anything of interest to you.
