The North Korean administration (the Kingdom of Yong-il) behaves like a spoilt child, throwing tantrums until it gets what it wants. They consistently lied about their nuclear weapons program whilst being paid by the USA not to develop any nuclear technology. They have sold weaponry to rogue states and terrorrists and continue to distribute forged US currency.
