I am well aware of how Russia prevented the UK from going to war against the North during our civil war. Russia and the USA were the only countries who did not have Federal Reserves which had a lot to do with it. Later, the US helped plant the seeds of Communism in Russia. You must read history before going forward, especially of the US. Now, the US is totally bankrupt. It's guns are getting it it's position in world affairs. The only thing new is the history you haven't read yet. Watch out.

Russia must maintain a military capability equal to that of America since America and Britain are 2 nations that do not hesitate in crushing weaker powers when necessary. Russia's military force therefore offers a balance and thereby stability in the world.

Obama's trip is just for show. If you check his record as a Senator you will see he voted along Democratic party lines 100% of the time. He does not have a strategy other than pleasing his constituents who helped him get in office. Netanyahu of Israel stared Obama down at one press conference. Obama has no courage or conviction. He only speaks well as a good narrator or news man reading the teleprompter.
