More likely, Obama dreams of a Russia without Nuclear weapons, or at least a Russia with so few, that the anti-Russian missile defence would work. I think he will try to make another START on this dream. The thing is, will Russia be stupid enough to make his dream come true? Remeber always, Obama is just part of the good cop, bad cop game. The bad cop comes back soon, another son of Bush. Then any promises dissapear as fast as the promises of NATO non expansion did.

When will you realize that Obama is an other ridicule joke produced by a well planned Hollywoodian scenario. His running for president occured just when an other well orchestrated comedy became an unevitable reality: the world' financial crisis. The two events were coordinated and the Obama's election was the smoke screen which allowed that cynical capitalist system to save itself until the next catastrophy. During the past half century we have made in the developped countries some huge technical progress: cars are made by robots, in the banks, automatic cash machines replace thousands of employees, in super-markets, the same thing happen; automation and programmation make so many jobs easier as never before. At the same time, millions of peoples became aviable in the underdevelopped countries to produce the elementaries equipments which were produced before in Europe or America. The decisions'makers and the stocks'olders are still the same and by exploiting lower wages employees are making more and more money which they don't want to share. It became evident that a huge clean-up had to be made in the bottom as in certain cases at the top. How to lay-off so many millions and abuse so many more millions without risquing strikes and possibles revolutions: make peoples sleep and dream with that black man-artist' election in a still descriminating society and start that worldwide clean-up called: ...Now, in Switzerland, in France, in England, In America and everywhere else; banks, multi-nationals companies (automobiles, airlines, aerospatials) can put thousands of their employees out, on the street and not a syndicat say anything because: it is the crisis'fault. We can also notice that the 50 000 billions € waisted on armaments and police equipments for the last 50 years did nothing to help the situation, because that real taxpayers'money had to be replaced by virtual currencies. You will have certainly noticed that the military industry in all industrialised countries is the one which has the least suffered in that crisis. Consequently in an other 20 years, a situation even worse as this one will repeat itself. Greedies humans' stupidity has no limits. That is why I beg Russia to take the initiative, explore to do differently and become the good example that Humanity desperatly needs. What I have seen, since that "clown" became the US president from the russian leaders make me wonder. Example: The order to have that NATO's exercice in Georgia came directly from the Pentagone and there is no way that the supreme chief could not have taken part on such a decision.
