I agree with everyone except Epsilon and Rasheeda. Obama does NOT in ANY WAY deserve this. Once upon a time, this was a prestigious award, given for accomplishments, not intentions. (We could even debate what Obama's intentions are- personally I think he's just a bunch of talk, and doesn't intend to keep any of his promises) I didn't vote for McCain, but I SURE didn't vote for Obama either! And Rasheeda, it is NOT the governments job to hold everyone's hand all through life.

What did he do? Why is the world keeping his accomplishments so secret. Why doesn't someone let the American people know the secret. All we know is that he talks a lot and does nothing.

To our President Obama, all true Americans are proud of any American winning the Nobel Peace Prize and to answer Nathan, "what have YOU done?" Our President and his staff work hard to make life in American better in their short time in office - tell me what the last eight years have brought you with the last administration? No jobs, homes forclosure, No health care due to no jobs, higher prices on EVERYTHING and Nathan, your comment on October 9, 2009, lets all know that there are people like you that simply cannot see the truth. Uphold your President and encourage him to push on as he still tries to bring America back around where people can have food, water and shelter not simple words as you offer. By-the-way, our President gave women equal pay, he's trying to see that all Americans have adequate health care just to let you know a couple of things the President is doing in, oh yea, just eight months or so. So Nathan, what have you done besides hot air and your attempt to put down the President of your own country or maybe you are not a true American and can only put down instead of uphold our leader, and what has he done, lets see-it seems that the world believes he has contribute something which you have not as you see YOU are not receiving the prize. I'll pray for you.
