This story can also be interpreted as saying: 1) Obama has acknolwledged that Iran is not a nuclear state, 2) Obama has just issued clear authority for the use of nuclear weapons against Iran. 3) Any actual threat that Iran poses has not been identified but we reserve the right to drop nuclear bombs on them anyway.
