The Cato Institute is a right wing 'think tank" which is an oxymoron. I was amazed this spokesman for the Cato Institute, Justin Rogan, would talk down this historic summit. He should be ashamed of himself. Well, the right wing didn't take the 2008 election loss very well, that's for sure. This is simple 'sour grapes.' Believe me, the right wing never likes to lose a 'good enemy like Russia.' It's bad for the US defense industry.
