Everyone will welcome these talks, but talks should not stop at arms reduction. I hope for some security treaty and NATO-Russia cooperation in the not-so-distant future, which would strengthen prospects for peace and economic rapprochement. And I would wish smaller countries like Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaydshan, Turkmenistan, or Mongolia could receive some joint attention by great powers in order to build their economies, not in confrontation to each other, but in a joint effort to connect these easily forgotten countries with world trade and global centers ..
