A recent British parliamentary report called “Russia: A New Confrontation?” says a much tougher line needs to be taken with Moscow because of its foreign policy.
I am not sure that the article supports the title. The report seems to have been started last year and suddenly, this year, the harsh rhetoric is being tamped down in time for the final draft. Let's see what Parliament makes of it.
