Russian Security Council head Vladimir Nazarov has said Moscow is concerned about Pakistani nuclear weapons falling into the hands of terrorists.
The only terrorists in the area are the US and Nato with a US puppet government installed in Kabul. That has driven a large section of the population over the border into Pakistan. Continual bombing runs into Pakistani buy US forces have further destabilised the region. economic and diplomatic pressure have been further brought to bare on Pakistan to participate in the slaughter by the US and UK.. In 2010 the UK will celebrate 300 years of interfering, maiming and murdering the Afghan population. An offer to supply equipment to stop aerial penetration of Pakistani borders would do more to stabilise this region. Nuclear weapons require advanced training to use they are not the tool of the local population.even hand held wire guided missiles and snipers rifles would be a step up for most trying to survive.
